Itinery for Track Day
08:00 - 0830 SIGN ON
Sign-on usually commences between 07:30 and 08:00. For the day to run as efficient as possible,it is best for riders to be ready at the circuit as early as possible,have ready your bike documents,European Track Promotions inscription form copy,Insurance FFM/FMA documents. Once registered & issued with your rider number/coloured group stickers for your bike & helmet, proceed with your bike to the designated area for noise testing (if required),a brief bike & equipement check is also conducted for your safety,once completed you can retire to your garage/van & prepare yourself for the briefing & your first session.Tea and coffee always available!
09:00 - 0930 COMPULSORY SAFETY BRIEFING (For All Riders)
All riders must attend the safety briefing, Whether you are a proffesional rider,track day addict or your first time out, you must attend the briefing and collect a briefing sticker to confirm your attendance. Due to riders from around Europe,briefings will take place in the respective languages,Please join your respective language group (NOT RIDING GROUP) to fully understand the rules & regulations. Briefing stickers will be allocated at the end of the briefing ,this sticker is to be placed on your helmet & will be monitered by the pit lane marshall all day.Any questions will be answered in the briefing, should you need further advice throughout the day,do not hesitate to ask the ETP staff.
Circuit instruction,bike set-up is readliy available & free throughout the day,some repair materials & tools are also available,ETP carries a limied stock of fuel to the circuits in order to « help out » but we are not fuel suppliers,consumables for your day are your responsiblility,most circuits have either fuel on site, or close by, & you can leave the circuit durring the lunch break to refill.
10:00 Fast group on circuit - 2 sighting laps then open session
10:20 Intermediate group on circuit - 2 sighting laps then open session
10:40 Novice group - Sighting session (No Overtaking the instructor)
We then run a 20 minute sessions rule on the hour for the Fast group, at 20 mins past for the Intermediate group, and at 20 minutes to the hour for the Novices, be ready in the pit lane holding area a few minutes before to maximise your track time.
